2. Let’s Get Creative!

After you place your order, I’ll personally contact you to discuss your ideas, inspiration, colors, and design preferences. Have pictures of something you love? Send those too!

3. I’ll Bring Your Vision to Life!

Once we’ve agreed on your design, I’ll get to work creating a custom piece that’s as unique as you are!

Important Custom Order Information:

Custom designs and pricing may vary depending on the jacket, materials, and complexity of the design. Any additional costs will be discussed and approved before work begins.

Shipping instructions will be provided after we discuss your order. Customers are responsible for shipping their jacket to Grit & Lace.

Please Note – Custom Orders: Because each custom jacket is created specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale once production begins. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sizing, fit, or change of mind. Please verify all measurements and approve your design before production. If your finished jacket arrives defective, please contact us in accordance with our Return Policy. Approved defective-item claims will receive store credit. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
